They accept returns and don’t even tell you that you have one. The customer could literally say anything and they will ding your account

Im a top seller on this app and have made over thousands of dollars for them! I had someone harassing me in the messages so they just suspended my account without any emails or nothing and I even had sales in there and money!!!!! they are scam and I rather use mercari!

Banned for no reason
Curtsy banned me for "solicitation". Well maybe if your fees weren't so high then we could all actually sell on your platform without getting ripped off by 20%. Depop, Mercari are less. Sell there and they have better customer support. Curtsy has ugly clothes and buying is unappealing. And their buyers are cheap so if you're selling you'll get lowball offers.
It’s almost as bad as depop. The resell value on most items are the same/higher or maybe $5 less. Most items are marked as name brand, however are found on Shein or are low quality material. It would literally be cheaper to buy off of shein or even threadup!
I love this app so much! it’s so easy to sell clothes, it does take a small fee but it makes the app very easy and fun. I enjoy using this app and I have a lot of clothes that I still need to sell. They also have a lot of cute clothes that you’re looking for that go all the way up in sizes. I’ve never had a negative experience with this app besides shipping but it got all sorted in the end! Now I’m going to be 100% honest because people need to know the truth about this app. It’s a good app to buy stuff from and I’ve never got scammed or anything but I’m not saying you can’t..(I recommend reading reviews before purchasing). I also sell on this app and let me just say.. the buyers get to much power in my opinion. They could lie about not getting their product that they bought and they could lie about the condition of the clothing so that they could get their money back and also keep the clothing. Customers would write anything about if they didn’t like how it fit on them and if they just didn’t like it. That is not the sellers fault and sellers should never have to be stuck with a terrible review just bc the customer is being a Karen. If our reviews are low then we will not be able to make any sells. Im hoping that in the future sellers get a little bit more power and say on things!
This is my second complaint among this company. I will start by stating I made a mistake when signing up for the app and offer to pay someone through venmo because I was new to any type of app like this. They said they warned me before blocking my account. I saw no type of warning and was blocked. I was completely understanding why I was temporary blocked. The issue I have is I called their customer service number several times with no response. I have sent them emails, chats , ect. Each response took over 24 hours. The issue I have is I purchased several items.Items I have already paid for. Their employees are not on the same page. Some told me I would be refunded, some sent me tracking information , ect. Then tracking information I received was not all of my items. I caught this not because they provided me with a reciept I asked for of my purchases (Because they didnt have i asked several times) but because I happened to remember one of the items I purchased was not on the list. They said they refunded me for some items but would not provide me with a recipt of what they "refunded me for". I was promised by multiple employees after 1 week my account would be reactivated. After several messages ignored, I posted on their social media. They unblocked my account and I purchased more items. Today I woke up and they blocked me perimately for no reason and said "it was a mistake we unblocked you " I have more items That I purchased and have not been refunded. They literally unblocked me just to say haha jk were blocking you again. I also earned $20 worth of website credit for referring several people. I used this to buy an item and once again they blocked the seller from printing a shipping label and I have no way of contacting the seller . The are totally unresponsive,rude , and unhelping. I wrote a review and someone looked me up on social media frantic asking for a solution because they same happened to them. They blocked my moms account for buying me a birthday gift and sending it to my adress

HORRIBLE STAY AWAY THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!! I had tons of pending sales out of nowhere to they suspended my account . I asked them if I could at least get in to receive my tracking information from my purchases I had MANY .I told them I was new to the app and I little confused on how things worked if I did something wrong. They said no. My mom has an account too and tried to ship me something and purchased on herself . Since it had my address they blocked the seller for giving the shipping label even tho I ALREADY PAID !!!!!! They cannot block another family member account for something they didn't even do!! This was my moms first purchase . The seller thought I was a scammer because of this bs!
I have made over $500 selling on Curtsy. I find this to be one of the better resell apps because they pay you as soon as your item ships, unlike other apps that pay you after the item is received. The customer service is good, you can report and suspend accounts that harass you and dispute unfair reviews. The only complaint I have are the fees. Curtsy takes a big percentage leaving sellers to have small profit. Sometimes I have to raise my prices to get the amount I want..but that’s a chance I take of not getting a sale at all.
THE WORST Customer service I ha ever experienced. Customer service reps respond to you from an unknown cell phone number. You ask a question and I answer or three days later without the question actually being answered. Suspend account why do you have active sales. Losing the merchandise and the money. They need to be reported to the attorney general of their state. I think I will do that!
Total scam. Suspend your account for no reason. With pending credits and sales. I’ve lost over $1000 to these clowns.
